An Independent Standards Body
NeXT is the credentialing arm of the BeNeXT Global institutional architecture. It exists for one purpose: to provide independent, standards-based validation of outcomes produced through experiential education.
NeXT certifications recognize what individuals have built and deployed — not what curriculum they completed. This distinction is foundational.
How NeXT Operates
- NeXT validates — it does not deliver education. Programs are designed and operated by others.
- NeXT does not recruit or accept applications. Recruitment belongs to the institutions whose programs we credential.
- Certifications are earned through demonstrated outcomes, never awarded for attendance.
Why Independent Credentialing
Traditional credentialing systems were designed for traditional education: seat time, credit hours, standardized examinations. These mechanisms cannot evaluate the outcomes of experiential education — where the product is a deployed project, not a passed exam.
NeXT was established to fill this gap. As experiential programs matured, the need for an independent body to validate outcomes became structurally necessary.
Independence is not incidental — it is the point. The body issuing credentials must be separate from the organizations delivering programs. This separation ensures that certifications carry institutional weight beyond any single program.
